Clove has upped the price of the Samsung Galaxy Note gadget and said it will go on sale next month.
The previous price that Clove put on the gadget was £600 but it has jacked this up to £670. We had thought the Galaxy Note would tip up on 17 November, as Clove has confirmed with its launch date.
Clove said, "We provided an indicative price of 500 pounds + shipping + VAT. This price was the most accurate estimation that we had at the time of listing the product, but we now subsequently have a revised and more accurate price. The new price for the Galaxy Note is 559 pounds + shipping + VAT."
The company stressed that the price is still subject to change but said it is the most accurate price to date. The price is comparable with that of the 64GB Iphone 4S, which will cost £699 from Apple when it launches this Friday. However, the Galaxy Note will have only 16GB of storage.
The Galaxy Note is a sort of smartphone / tablet hybrid device due to its large 5.3in screen. It will also come with a 'Smart Pen' stylus as an alternative for control and so you can doodle on the screen.
If you're after a similar device but aren't bothered about the phone element, then Samsung has launched the Galaxy WiFi. That device comes with either a 5in or 3.6in screen size. ยต
